Warranty 11 months from the date of purchase; all belongings of any product must be kept during the warranty period.
What is not covered by the warranty:
All products that do not have a serial number (serial NO), such as keyboards, mouse, power supplies, fans, headphones, printing inks, and any product that has a burn, break, or damage of any kind.
According to the technical conditions of the agencies for the screens, the presence of a colored dot in the LCD screens or laptops is not considered a defect that requires sending the screen for warranty, as it is considered a real defect if more than 3 dots appear.
Products sold are purchased from the local market, and we are not manufacturers or importers. In the event of a malfunction in any product, the customer directs to the agency to replace or repair it
Times for receiving and receiving guarantees are from 9 am to 7 pm, except for Friday and holidays In the event of a malfunction in one of the attachments, the complete product with all its attachments will be delivered to its agency
No defective component will be received without its attachments (carton, foam, cables, manual, identification disc).
Return Policy:
If the customer wishes to return or exchange the product, he can do so within 30 days from the date of purchase, as follows:
*Refunds will only be made through the original payment method.
*Attach the original purchase invoice.
- The product must be in its original condition with the closure of the manufacturer
*The customer can recover the value he paid as recorded and specified in the sales invoice.
*The customer has the right to exchange one item for another with the same value mentioned in the invoice. - In the event of a manufacturing defect, a report will be submitted from the agent.
